Roots of my Work
ROOTS AND BACKGROUND OF THE TREATMENTS:

THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Traditional Thai yoga massage originated in India around 2,500 years ago, created by a contemporary of Buddha. Thai yoga massage uses pressure techniques on acupressure points, primarily along the energy pathways (Sen lines) in the body. It also involves the mobilisation of joints and the spine, certain stretches and indirect work on organs. Each session is different and tailored to individual wishes and/or complaints. Thai yoga massage works on a holistic level – the aim is to restore balance and flow to the system as a whole – and thus achieve physical, psychological and spiritual well-being. The physical body is used to reach the other (energy) bodies of the human being and to holistically support well-being, growth and flow.

DEARMORING AND HEALING TOUCH
Healing Touch and its extension, Dearmoring, are intensive forms of energetic bodywork, healing and consciousness work. Growing up in our cultural circles, most of us learn from early childhood to suppress our inner voice, our truthfulness and our vitality.
As babies, we are simple. We are completely open, touchable, connected to our roots and to life. We naturally express everything that flows through us and hold nothing back. We are one with life.
But at some point, we get the message that we should be different from who we are. We become ‘someone’ and thus begin a process of adapting to a sick and uprooted society. Unwanted parts of ourselves are often repressed into the unconscious, which not only dims our life energy and makes us small, but also causes us to lose access to our truthfulness.
We have often carried the ‘armour’ that has developed from these experiences into our adult lives and continue to suffer from it to this day, both emotionally and physically.
Healing Touch and Dearmoring create a space in which the body's own system can gradually and organically free itself from this armour at a deep level. Repressed parts of the self, as well as unprocessed emotions and experiences, come into consciousness organically and at the right pace for the client, and the frozen energy begins to flow again. We rediscover our connection to our true selves, and with it clarity, strength and vitality.
Even though energetic healing work still seems like hocus-pocus to many people, it also follows these very simple and clear laws: What we reject within ourselves intensifies – and eventually manifests itself in our physical body. If we allow it back in, integration and healing can take place. The body no longer has to carry the burden for us.

NEO EMOTIONAL RELEASE
NER is a holistic therapy method that aims to release and integrate psychoenergetic blockages in the form of experiences and emotions held in the body. This method is based on the assumption that many physical and psychological symptoms and conditions are related to unprocessed emotional trauma that has manifested itself in the body.
‘There are no problems, just emotions you don't want to feel.’ David Manning
Another central assumption of NER is that every body and every system is highly intelligent and wants to heal and flourish on its own. And that it has its own way and pace of doing so. The process of allowing suppressed emotions and traumas to surface therefore takes place at a completely organic pace and is never forced or pushed. Instead, elements from bodywork, osteopathy, body mapping, talk therapy, breath therapy and visualisation are used to create a space in which the intelligence of the body is embraced and worked with in a highly intuitive way. Each session is unique and arises spontaneously.
PSYCHOLOGICAL-SYSTEMIC COACHING

Psychological-systemic coaching is a form of support in which your current life issues are examined in relation to your inner experience and your environment. These issues may concern relationships, career, self-esteem, recurring patterns or periods of change.
Through joint discussion, we create a safe space in which we explore what is currently moving you with targeted questions, changes of perspective and a loving look at your history. It is less about giving advice and more about supporting you in finding your own answers, resources and next steps. This is precisely what makes systemic coaching so powerful – it does not impose new ideas on you, but helps you to bring your deep inner truth to light.
Systemic means that you are not seen in isolation, but in your relationships – for example, with your family, partners, work and other important systems in your life. Psychological means that your inner parts, feelings, imprints and beliefs are also included. This creates a process that invites you to understand yourself better, become clearer and follow your own harmonious path.
