From an early age, I felt a deep fascination for life within me – but alongside this sensitivity and childlike zest for life, there was also a profound pain and a strong longing for meaning and truth. For a long time, I searched for it externally: in many years of studying philosophy, in development work, in travel, in spiritual circles. But the search remained.

It was only much later that I realised that the longing had always wanted to lead me back to myself – to my inner voice, to my essence, to the life within me. At some point, I had lost this connection, becoming entangled – like so many others – in roles, in my head, in expectations and empty notions of ‘I’.

A profound change began when I came back into contact with my true vitality and essence through Dearmoring and consciousness work in Manik Reuters' field. It was as if I were awakening after a long sleep. For the first time since my childhood, I felt that quiet, clear state again, in which life simply flows – a deep connectedness, wonder, radiant aliveness, a feeling of oneness with everything. My life has completely changed since then.
