SOMATIC INTEGRATIVE BODYWORK
 

Somatic Integrative Bodywork is for you if you are not only seeking relaxation, but want to consciously work with themes that are currently present in your life — on a physical, emotional, or psychological level.
 

Many physical symptoms and inner states of tension are connected to unprocessed emotions, unintegrated experiences, or early imprints. What we once held back as a form of protection often shows up later as tension, pain, or recurring patterns.

In this work, I combine parts of systemic coaching with body-based process facilitation. We begin with a conversation to clarify your intention, before moving into deeper exploration through the energetic system of your body.
 

A safe and supportive space is created where you can, at your own pace and in connection with your nervous system, access what is being held within you. Through conscious awareness, allowing, and guided support, held energies can begin to release and gradually integrate.

This process can lead to greater inner clarity, emotional relief, physical ease, and a deeper connection with yourself.

My work is rooted in a range of approaches that I combine intuitively, including Healing Touch, Dearmoring, Thai Yoga Massage, NEO Emotional Release, and psychological-systemic coaching. You can find more information under “Roots of my Work”.
